Elizabeth Jane Hurley, an English model and actress who became famous in the 90s as Hugh Grant's girlfriend and a former English model. Hurley was immediately noticed by media when Grant received worldwide recognition due to the popularity of Four Weddings and a Funeral. Hurley accompanied Grant at the Los Angeles premiere of the film wearing a Versace Dress that had a plunge, and was held by gold safetypins. Hurley is a star in her professional career, however her connection with Estee Lauder cosmetics is the most important. Hurley was hired by Estee Lauder to be their first model at age at the age of 29. In 1995 she has been employed as a face in the products of the company such as Sensuous Intuition and Pleasures. Her most well-known work is her character, Vanessa Kensington, in the hit spy comedy films International Man of Mystery (2007) as well as Austin Powers The Spy Who Shagged Me (2000). Critics argued that it was a promotion of sexual relations between men and women, while others said the scenario that depicted in it attracted more male fantasies. Nevertheless the combination of polished and titillating melody contributed to the fact that I Kissed a Girl become an instant hit in a variety of countries and drove sales for her album One of the Boys (2008). Hot N Cold, Perry's energetic and sharply-tongued record with its second hit single also proved popular. The album that Perry created herself sold more than 3 million copies.
